My first post is a sad one

I have been down with pneumonia for 3 weeks so i have not started to blog, but today I learned that my hero, Micah True; AKA Caballo Blanco, has passed away. It is a sad day for the distance running community. A true inspiration to any runner he shared his passion with all he met. No technical jabbering from him, it was all from the heart. How you feel when you run guides you through the run and he was the master of it! That's all for now, but rest assured i'll be sharing more of my running soon. Ramble on my friends!
